Terms of Service

These terms apply when you sign up for ReelForge. ReelForge is operated by Make Real LLC (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Questions? Email mahbub@makereal.io.

1. What you get

• Monthly plan: 30 short videos a month, one a day, made for your business from your website and anything you send us, and posted on your TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Trial week: 7 videos, one a day for 7 days, made and posted the same way. It's a one-time purchase and does not turn into a subscription.

Your first video is ready within 48 hours of payment, and you approve its style before anything is posted. If we need something from you (like access to an account), the clock pauses until you reply.

2. Price, billing and cancelling

Prices are shown on the site and at checkout, in US dollars, and the price at checkout is the one you pay. The monthly plan is $999 a month and renews automatically every month on the day you signed up, until you cancel. A limited number of founding customers pay $249 for their first month, then the regular monthly price. The trial week is a single payment of $29.

You can cancel the monthly plan any time, from the link in your confirmation email or by emailing mahbub@makereal.io. Cancelling stops the next renewal; we keep posting until the end of the month you've paid for. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. What you send us

You confirm that you have the right to use your website content, logos, photos and anything else you give us, and you let us use them to make your video. Please don't send anything you don't own or have permission to use.

4. Videos we won't make

We don't make videos that are illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that make claims we can't reasonably support (for example, medical cures or guaranteed income). We may decline any order. If we do, we refund you in full.

5. Your accounts and approvals

To post for you, we need manager access to your social accounts, which you give through each platform's own tools (for example Meta Business Suite). We never ask for your passwords. We only post the videos made for your plan, and you can remove our access at any time, which pauses posting. You approve the style of your first videos, and you can ask us to change or take down any video.

6. Refunds

If you're not happy in the first 14 days, we refund your first payment in full. How that works is in our Refund Policy.

7. Using your video

• Once paid, you can use the video for any lawful purpose: your website, social media, and paid ads, worldwide, with no time limit and no extra fees.
• The music is licensed for commercial use, including ads, as part of your video. The license doesn't let you take the track out and use it on its own.
• We keep the rights to our own templates, tools and techniques.
• We only show your video as an example of our work if you ticked “You can feature my video as an example” when ordering. You can change your mind any time by emailing us.

8. How we make videos

We use editing and design software, including AI tools, to make your video. A person at ReelForge reviews every video before it's posted.

9. Our responsibility

We work hard to make videos that grow your business, but we can't promise any particular result, such as views, followers or sales. Each platform decides who sees a post, and we're not responsible for a platform's own decisions, outages or rules. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid in the last month.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects your monthly plan, we'll email you at least 14 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
