Privacy Policy

This explains what ReelForge (Make Real LLC) collects when you visit or order, and what we do with it. We only collect what we need to make and post your videos, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- Your order: your name, email, website, business name and description, the style and format you pick, your notes, and whether we may feature your video.
- Files you upload: logos, photos or screenshots you add to your order.
- Your social accounts: the manager access you give us on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, used only to post your videos. We never ask for or store your passwords, and removing our access ends it.
- Payment details: Stripe handles your payment. We receive the amount, the payment status and your email, never your card number.
- How you found us: the ad or post that brought you (UTM tags) and the site you came from, saved with your order so we know which marketing works.
- Visits: anonymous page view counts from privacy-friendly analytics that use no cookies and don't identify you. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived server logs, which include IP addresses, for security.
What stays in your browser
While you fill in the order form, your answers are saved in your browser's session storage so nothing is lost if the page reloads or you come back from checkout. It's cleared after payment and when you close the tab. Your browser also remembers how many times you've visited and, if you're shown the trial-week offer, when it ends; one cookie holds that deadline so the offer works at checkout. We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising.
How we use it
- To make your videos, post them on your accounts, and handle your changes.
- To email you about your plan. After a trial week, we send you one offer to continue. We don't send newsletters.
- To take payments and give refunds.
- To show your video as an example, only if you said we can.
Who helps us
These companies process data for us, only to run ReelForge:
- Stripe (payments)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Neon (order database)
- Cloudflare (storage for the files you upload)
- Resend (order emails)
They're based in the United States, so your data may be processed there.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records as long as we need them for accounting and tax. We keep the files you upload only as long as we need them to make and revise your video. You can ask us to delete them, or your order details, at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email mahbub@makereal.io and we'll reply within 30 days.
Children
ReelForge is for businesses. Please don't order if you're under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
