Refund Policy

Short version: not happy in the first 14 days? You get your first payment back. After that, cancel anytime. No awkward questions.

14-day money-back guarantee

Email mahbub@makereal.io within 14 days of your first payment, with your order number (it starts with RF-). We'll refund your first payment in full and cancel your plan. This covers your first payment, whether that's the founding first month, a regular month or the trial week. We may ask what didn't work so we can get better, but you don't have to answer.

Cancelling the monthly plan

Cancel any time, from the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and we keep posting until the end of the month you've already paid for. Months after the first aren't refunded.

If we can't deliver

If we can't make or post your videos for a reason on our side, we refund the part of the month we couldn't deliver.

How the refund reaches you

• Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe.
• We process them within 2 business days of your request.
• Your bank usually shows the refund within 5 to 10 business days after that.

After a refund

Once you're refunded, the right to use the refunded videos ends, so please take them down and don't run them in ads.
